Distribution

 

 

 

 

 

STATUS: A rare montane species. Sands (1986) has pointed out that females from West Papua are greenish (similar to males) and may belong to a new ssp. PNG females are yellowish.

PAPUA LOCALITIES: New Guinea: Baliem Camp, Foja Mts., Mamberamo River, Snow Mts. Details in gazetteer.

EXTERNAL DISTRIBUTION: Papua New Guinea.
